ZTONG ZT-8 is the flagship: a single large 14.2mm planar magnetic driver in a champagne-gold aluminum faceplate. Planar technology brings a level of transient response and micro-detail that dynamic and armature drivers struggle to match.
Sound Signature
ZT-8 is tuned neutral-bright for reference listening. The bass is fast and textured rather than boosted, mids are flat and revealing, treble is extended and crystalline. The result is a transparent window onto the recording — fantastic for genres that benefit from detail, like acoustic, classical, jazz and well-recorded vocal tracks.
Design & Fit
A larger flagship shell (8.5g per earpiece) with a champagne-gold aluminum faceplate and charcoal resin body. Easy to drive at 32Ω / 102dB but rewards a higher-quality source — pair with ZT-D2 dongle or ZT-D5 / ZT-D10 DAP for best results.
